  • Where do you ship from?

    Our shipments originate from the Netherlands.

  • Which countries do you ship to?

    We offer worldwide shipping for research chemicals, including the USA and UK. Please ensure that the products you select are legal in your country before placing an order, as we cannot be held responsible for legal issues.

  • Do you provide tracking for international shipments?

    Absolutely! We can track packages to all destinations we ship to.

  • What type of packaging do you use?

    We utilize plain bubble mailers for discreet packaging, with no references to research chemicals or RES.CHEM-C on the label. All items are sent as letters.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Currently, we only accept Bitcoin payments.

  • Where can I find the Bitcoin wallet address for my payment?

    The wallet address will be provided at checkout. Please ensure you pay the correct amount immediately after placing your order, as underpayments will be put on hold. Our payment processing is automated; once your transaction receives one confirmation on the Bitcoin blockchain, your order will be confirmed. If your transaction is not confirmed or appears stuck, please check the My Orders section for updates.

  • Do you offer free samples?

    We do not provide free samples, and any requests made through Customer Service will be disregarded. However, every order over €75 qualifies for a free gift—just mention your request in the ORDER NOTES field at checkout.

  • I’ve made a payment but haven’t received a shipping confirmation. What should I do?

    While Bitcoin payments are processed instantly, it may take up to a day for us to administrate them. We appreciate your patience as we work to ship your order as quickly as possible!

  • When can I expect my order to arrive?

    Delivery times depend on the postal service. For detailed information regarding shipping times and other helpful tips, please refer to our shipping page.

  • What if my order doesn’t arrive?

    If you selected a tracked shipping option, we will reship your order if it hasn’t arrived three weeks after shipping. However, orders sent via airmail or POSTNLTRACKED will not be reshipped, as these services are at your own risk.

  • Where can I find my tracking number?

    Your tracking number will be available in the My Orders section; we do not send tracking numbers via email. Please note that tracking information may not be updated until the following morning, depending on order volume.

  • How do I track my order?
